About The Stillpoint
Built from lived experience. Not theory.
I didn't create The Stillpoint because I read about nervous system regulation in a textbook. I created it because I needed it.

I know what it feels like to be so overwhelmed that your body stops feeling like your own. I know the weight of anxiety that sits on your chest at 3am. The burnout that makes even simple things feel impossible. The emotional exhaustion that comes from carrying everyone else's needs while quietly drowning in your own.
As a mother of three, someone who has navigated relationship breakdown, financial crisis, health challenges, and family addiction — I understand the kind of stress that doesn't just live in your head. It lives in your body.
My previous career in finance, benefits, and debt advice meant years of supporting people in crisis. I saw first-hand how stress rewires the nervous system — and how rarely people are given the space to actually recover.
Why The Stillpoint exists.
Because I needed a space like this and it didn't exist. Not a spa. Not a therapy room with clinical walls. Not a wellness brand that made me feel like I needed to be fixed.
I needed somewhere that felt safe. Somewhere warm and grounded. Somewhere I could exhale without explaining why I was holding my breath in the first place.
So I built it. Through years of training in sound therapy, Reiki, breathwork, coaching, Japanese head spa, and trauma-sensitive practice — I created The Stillpoint as a place where people can come back to themselves.

What I believe.
Rest is medicine
Not laziness. Not luxury. Medicine.
You don't need fixing
You need space to return to yourself.
Safety before strategy
Your nervous system needs to feel safe before anything else can shift.
Real over perfect
This work is grounded in lived experience, not polished theory.
