I help people battling overthinking, burnout, grief, heartbreak, anxiety, exhaustion, people-pleasing, loneliness, and emotional overload find their way back to calm, clarity, and inner strength. Through workshops in somatic breathing, ACT-inspired group sessions, and self-worth transformation—not just 'life coaching'—I create spaces where your nervous system resets, your mind unwinds, and you remember your value.

The power of tuning forks: These precision instruments work directly with your nervous system, using specific frequencies to shift your body from a stressed "fight or flight" state into deep relaxation.
